Rob Solly
Haden Welbeck is independently owned by Rob Solly. Rob has dedicated his life to the business, working at the company since he left school and owning the business, at first as a partner, now fully, for over 20 years. His aim is to ensure Haden Welbeck achieves 100% customer satisfaction by providing exceptional levels of personal service and considered advice.
Tim Holman
With over 35 years experience in insurance and financial services including 22 years at Haden Welbeck, Tim is the longest standing member of staff. His aim is always to be friendly and approachable while giving the right advice.
Lisa Jupp-Trezel
Lisa joined the team in 2005 and has in excess of 30 years experience within the insurance sector. She prides herself in her work and the knowledge she has over many insurable products. Many of her clients she has dealt with since 2005 and has a very good rapport with them.
Tyra Mead-Drabble
The newest member of our team first joined as an apprentice in February 2022 completing a customer service level 2 qualification. After completing Tyra continued with us at Haden Welbeck and has been developing her skills with internal and external development programs.
